If the you know of the diseases, you will probably know which specialist to visit. You should go for the doctor’s consultation at least once a year and undergo test such as MRI, blood biochemistry, hormone analysis, among others.

If you think you are healthy, then there is no reason to go for an examination. Depending on the program, check-up may include tests, ultrasound examinations of abdominal and pelvic organs, taking of vascular images, chest scans and consultations with specialists. In between large examinations you can choose to take a blood test, fluorography and visit a therapist.

  • Urologist and proctologist for men.

You should also regularly visit the dentist so as to avoid tooth aches and other infections of the mouth and larynx.
